Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.00 — 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: $15.00 — 1-2 business days
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50.00

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

Transit Delays

GHZAAL PTY LTD is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been dispatched. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact Australia Post directly or reach out to us at info@stokeit.com.au and we will assist where possible.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@stokeit.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
